A strategic initiative of The Ark International, established through prayer and fasting, entrusted to Pastor Jamshad Hadyat — preparing and equipping believers to engage spiritually distant and underserved communities.
Where access is not measured by distance, but by context, culture, and understanding.
"Defined by access, not distance."
We recognize that there are many communities where the message of Christ has not been clearly communicated, where the Church is not yet established, and where meaningful engagement requires preparation and discernment.
The Outer Field exists to prepare and send individuals into these environments with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
Train believers to understand worldviews, communicate truth with wisdom, and engage responsibly.
Build trust over time, serve with sincerity, develop meaningful conversations, and lasting connections.
Equip leaders to continue the work locally, disciple others, and establish sustainable faith communities.
Consistency, presence, patience, and long-term transformation — not short-term results.
Many communities do not have clear access to the message of Christ. The Outer Field addresses this need by preparing individuals to engage wisely and effectively in complex environments.
The Outer Field is defined by access rather than distance.
Designed to prepare individuals and leaders to engage effectively in spiritually distant and underserved communities. Conducted in multiple contexts for both preparation and practical application.
Focuses on preparing believers before they engage in the field. This phase equips individuals with the mindset, knowledge, and approach required for effective engagement.
Focuses on practical application and leadership development within local communities. Ensures that the work continues through trained and committed local leadership.
TOF Training is a connected process where preparation takes place in one context and application and multiplication take place in another. This approach allows for both global participation and local sustainability.
The purpose of TOF Training: Prepare individuals with understanding and clarity, develop leaders who can multiply the work, establish sustainable outreach efforts, and ensure long-term impact in underserved communities.
Foundational preparation: Introduction to The Outer Field, understanding context and engagement, basic principles of relational outreach, initial leadership development.
Deeper preparation: Full TOF training sessions, practical application, group interaction, leadership development focus, strategic planning for outreach, personal engagement and follow-up preparation.
Each training event is carefully planned to ensure participants receive both practical preparation and clear direction.
Your support removes barriers and makes training accessible for those who would not otherwise have the opportunity.
We are committed to measurable and meaningful impact through every initiative.
